Drier failure. Rang Vance at 4.45pm to book for later day to fix. As he was driving nearby he stopped in. Fixed the issue straight away, had what was needed in the van. Brought out the eftpos to pay on the spot. Whole job done in an hour. Good banter over the whole hour, really good price charged. You are amazing Vance, really appreciated the great service.

Absolutely, when possible! We aim to contact you within two hours of receiving your call. Our goal is to reach you the same day whenever possible and get your appliance up and running swiftly. We offer after-hours service calls for emergency refrigeration issues and Saturday call-outs until midday for appliance repairs in Auckland.

No, there aren’t. We charge a set call-out fee, depending on the location of the appliance repair in Auckland, and also a set labour fee, so you won’t receive any unexpected charges.
